Training Programs

The Balanced Athlete offers individual and group personalized training programs. Whether you’re a new runner training for your first 5k or an experienced runner wanting to get faster or train for a longer distance, we can help! Learn to Run – Seahawks 12k

The Balanced Athlete is going to be offering a 12 Weeks To 12k group training program for the Seahawks 12k. There will be an information session for the training program that will take place at The Balanced Athlete on Monday, January 25th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Group training sessions will take place every Monday through April 3rd, and the day of the race is Sunday, April 9th.

Cost – $60 (cost of race entry not included)
