We offer 6 hour Saturday morning seminars. In short, ChiRunning and ChiWalking
are running and walking techniques that significantly reduce injuries,
improve your efficiency (so that you can run or walk longer and more comfortably), and perhaps most importantly,
emphasise experiencing your running or
walking session as a practice (very much like Yoga or Tai Chi) instead of a means to a goal
("I must run at 8:00 minute pace...", "I must run 10
miles today...", etc). |
